Biography
Mark holds memberships in the Massachusetts Bar Association (MBA), Boston Trusts and Estates Consortium (TEC), Massachusetts Guardianship Association (MGA), and the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys (MATA). Mark has served as a pro-bono attorney for the Volunteer Lawyers Project (VLP) of the Boston Bar Association, representing low-income clients in Guardianship and Family Law cases. He has also represented indigent clients for North Shore Merrimack Valley Legal Services in Lowell. Most recently, Mark has become a Parent Advocate through the Federation for Children with Special Needs (FCSN).
A graduate of Western New England College School of Law (now Western New England University School of Law), Mark received a CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Trial Methods. He is admitted to practice in the Massachusetts Courts and in the United States District Court – District of Massachusetts. Mark is committed to high quality legal services through personalized attention to each client and the maintaining of high ethical standards.
