Mark Armstrong, Esq. is an attorney in general practice located in Dracut, Massachusetts. Mark is a Lowell native and resident of Dracut. He has strong family ties to the Merrimack Valley and serves clients Middlesex, Essex, Suffolk, and Worcester Counties.
Mark holds memberships in the Massachusetts Bar Association (MBA), Boston Trusts and Estates Consortium (TEC), Massachusetts Guardianship Association (MGA), and the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys (MATA). Mark has served as a pro-bono attorney for the Volunteer Lawyers Project (VLP) of the Boston Bar Association, representing low-income clients in Guardianship and Family Law cases. He has also represented indigent clients for North Shore Merrimack Valley Legal Services in Lowell. Most recently, Mark has become a Parent Advocate through the Federation for Children with Special Needs (FCSN).
A graduate of Western New England College School of Law (now Western New England University School of Law), Mark received a CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Trial Methods. He is admitted to practice in the Massachusetts Courts, in the United States District Court – District of Massachusetts, as well as before the Supreme Court of the United States.
